Discovery Park

The same day we went to the Dinosaur museum, we went to the Discovery Park at Thanksgiving Point. This is at Noahs Ark, where the kids play in the water. Some of the animals shoot out water from the boat. All the kids gather in this one spot to get the Elephants trunk to shoot water on them. Then they run over to the water shooting up out of the ground. Kids always love to play in water. Especially in the hot Utah weather. (below) Traven is the one in the black shorts. This is just a whole bunch of the Steele cousins. Ashlin is the second from the left.Kaylor got into the water a little bit. It was too slippery for him and he couldn't walk in it. Plus, he was really tired and needed a nap.
But Korban had a blast. He was running and playing everywhere.
Down a path following tracks into a cave, is this bear. (Yep....Kaylor needed a nap alright!)
There is also a light house the kids can go into, and look out of the window.
Thanksgiving Point is a really fun place to go. Another area in the Discovery park is a maze. The bushes form a maze for people to get lost in. I really don't think it is so hard though, that people actually get lost. I let the kids go through by themselves, and they always come back. (Maybe it should be harder. ha-ha)
