"Busy last week of School"

I've been to the Elementary school more this last week then I have all year.  (I know, I know. I'm a bad mom).  First- it was Bryer's 6th grade Graduation.  Woo Hoo!  Enough said!  Well....I'll also say that Bryer is such a cute kid.  Don't ya think?

Then we had Field day, which included the mini marathon.   The kids ran for a mile and they all did really well.  Ashlin might have walked a bit, but still did great.  Even Little K had to join in.

Later, all the school kids rotated between games out on the field.   I think the best one was "dribble, dribble, drench", (aka; duck, duck, goose).  Traven was the first drench and he got it good.

The 2 little K's just had a great time playing on the playground while I went around taking my pictures.

Next we had the dance festival.  You know, where the kids all just sing to the music and do some hand actions.  There was a group that danced to Michael Jacksons Thriller song.  It was pretty good.  And I tried to upload Bryer's dance on You tube, but I guess I'm not that smart and I couldn't figure it out.  He does a back flip, (with his friends helping hands).

Now the real work begins...they are all home!

I remember the song we danced to our last day of school was, "We built this City"! I might even be able to dance to it :)

I didn't see you at the Dance Festival! I was there because my son was in Kindergarten there this past year. Then he had Kindergarten graduation right after that. I believe that is our neighbor Kaden(blue shirt) next to your son in that group picture. Are they friends? Last week was such a busy week and now we can at least breathe a little!
