Stinky Springs

The name definitely describes the place!  STINKY!!!  This is just a few miles up the road from where we live!  It use to have a little shack over the top, but it was burnt down 1 or 2  years ago.  So now, you can sit in the hot springs under the stars.  But as soon as we opened the door of the truck, we could smell the sulfur!  Chad and the kids all got in.  It was a little hot for Kaylor, but he put his toes in for a minute.  I was so close to getting in, but Mishae called for me to pick her up from the movies.  (Whew…..that was a close one!  Thanks Mishae for saving me!)  All the swimming suits and towels stunk for 3 washes.  Let me just tell you.  It was only a one time experience, that we WILL NOT be doing again!  But I think the kids had fun, and it’s always good to try out new things, right?
