Our Holiday Festivities {Christmas Eve}

Our Christmas Eve party with the Steele family that I mentioned earlier was not actually on Christmas Eve.  This is our actual Christmas Eve party.  And it wasn’t even going to be a party until earlier that day.  It was going to be just my little family, but then I decided to call Chad’s family to come over.  It was nice that they could come.  We started with food.  Then had a few stories.

Here we are singing the song 12 days of Christmas with actions. 

We also had a white elephant exchange.  The hot item tonight were the blankets grandma Hansen brought.  It was kind of a little fight there at the end. 

Ashlin started with one of the blankets, then it got taken away.  So she stole the other blanket.  Then at the very end, it was stolen from her again.  But thanks to her sweet cousin, she did end up with one. 

Here is Addi with one of the white elephant gifts.  And Kaylor was a darling Rudolf during the song.
