The long weekend

Last weekend, we went up to Bear River City. Chad had to work on our rental house, so a new furnace could be installed. Yeah, we get a new furnace, now that we are not living there. But it should be wonderful for our renters! Thank you so much Hiedi for letting us crash at your house. The kids had a lot of fun playing with cousins. It was also Korbans Birthday on the 17th, so we went to our storage and grabbed a couple bins of toys that the older boys had when they were little. It was as good as a brand new present. It was a castle with knights, and a pirate ship with pirates. Korban loved it. As did the older boys. It was almost like their birthday as well. We were planning on being home the Monday before Korbans birthday, but we ended up staying another night on account of the weather. So the kids were all excited to miss school. So the day after Korbans birthday, is when we actually celebrated it. He got a couple sets to add on to his train track and a horse pillow with his name on it. He thought it was a pretty cool birthday, even though he was starting to get a cold. So he wasn't feeling at his best. He ended up falling asleep on the chair. The poor little guy. Today, we have 5 of our kids sick. The two little ones being the worst. So naturally, we are all staying home from church ;-) It will be a great movie day!
