In Loving Memory…..

We had Alli just over a year, and she is no longer with us.  We got her from the pound in October 2009.  She was the only dog I ever said yes to bringing her home with us.  She was so beautiful I couldn't pass her up.  She was the most calm and loving dog.  She loved to be pampered.  As soon as she heard the children at the elementary school go out for recess, she was over there too.  She Loved all the childrens attention.   I’m pretty sure the whole town knew who she was.  We had to bring her in the house when the wind blew, so she wouldn't whimper all night.  She would jump 5 feet off the ground when we came out to feed her or pet her.  She was one of the family.  But she was a wanderer, and she wandered out in front of a car December 16, 2010.  We weren’t even home to say goodbye.  It has been a very sad night in the Hansen home.  She was so Loved, and we will Miss Her so very much.
