Paper Crafts

This last Christmas, (yes I know, it was forever ago),  I made my mom a birthday calendar.  She has 6 children, their spouses and 28 grandchildren.  I wouldn’t remember all those birthdays, but she does pretty good.  My mom makes her own cards and sends them, so I made hers with pockets big enough to fit the cards in each page on the date of the birthday.  I also made a different version for my mom-in-law, but I don’t have photos of hers. Yet!

Each page has the month, days, name of the birthday boy/girl, and a small photo of that person.

I put a different tab on each page that I thought was very cute, if I do say so myself!

I put this next photo up, just for the bokeh (blurring) affect!  I love me a good bokeh photo!

On the second to the last day of school, I came across this cute way to make a little book.  Korban saw it and wanted to make one, so I tried it out.  Way easy and cute!  These photo below are from I am Momma- Hear my Roar

Once I made it, I thought about how I didn’t do anything for my kids teachers.  I’m not very good at that. Sad, I know!  Anyways, I decided to make this cute little book for Korban’s teacher and teachers aid.  I printed off the photos I just recently took, and threw them on the pages, with cute paper and words.  The teachers Loved them!  I’ve seen Mrs. H. at the grocery store since, and she told me that hers is sitting on her table for every one to see.  She said how much she loved it!  AWWwww!   It’s kinda cool that my last minute gift was so appreciated!  Just think….If I had actually spent some real time doing something brilliant!
