Read the previous post before this one.
The update is that the boy passed away early this morning. The parents came over to pick up their other boys from my house. We went outside to talk with them first, and they told us the news. Then it came time to tell the boys and that was the most heartbreaking situation that I hope to never have to do. The two older boys just starting crying uncontrollably. They all just fell into each others arms. Both Chad and I were crying. Chad doesn't cry often, so you can picture how emotional it was. I can't even tell you in words. I'm almost crying writing about it.
There was a small opening of opportunity before all the crying, that Chad told him a little bit about eternal families. I don't know if they even listened, but he did tell them he believes that we will see our loved ones again. And some other stuff was said. He just said some very comforting words about it. He is such a wonderful, faithful, and spiritual man. I know if anything like this happened to us, I would totally rely on his faith and strength.
Sorry for the sad post. It really helps to write it down and share my feeling. Thanks for listening.

I am so sorry to hear that he passed away. How hard for that family. I'm glad you were there for them though.
